PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a mold clamping force by disposing a male intermediate mold in female fixed and movable molds, injecting resin in a cavity between the molds, removing the intermediate mold, and pouring connecting resin around an open edge of a hollow semi-molded molding via a connecting runner. SOLUTION: A molding machine 21 is formed by disposing a male intermediate mold 28 in female fixed and movable molds 23, 26, and connecting a molding cylinder 31 to a hot runner 30 of the mold 28. The mold 23 has a cavity for a semi-molded molding and a connecting runner 25. The mold 26 can approach or separate from the mold 23. A molten resin is injected in a cavity from the cylinder 31 via the runner 30 to form a hollow semi-molded molding. The mold 26 is deviated while the molding is held in the female molds. Then, the mold 28 is removed from both the molds 23, 26, and then the mold 26 is brought into close contact with the mold 23. The cylinder 24 is connected to the runner 25, and connecting resin is supplied around opposed open edges of the semi- molded molding. |
