PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means to measure misalignment in a patient and correct eventually which may occur between when a scheduled CT image is taken and when a radiations treatment is conducted thereafter. SOLUTION: A scheduled tomographic projection set is provided including a plurality of, the first radiational photographic projections for a patient in the first position, and in compliance with the accumulated program a radiations treatment schedule to draw at least one directionality of the beam of radiations about the first patient position is prepared using an electronic computer, and thereupon the desired treatment is applied to the patient. A confirming projection set is furnished including a plurality of, the second radiational photographic projections for the patient in the second position, and in conformity to the accumulated program, the second radiational photographic projections are compared with the corresponding projection belonging to the first radiational photographic projection set using electronic computer, and the moving amount of the patient between the first and second positions is measured. The treatment for the patient is decided according to the obtained moving amount. |
