PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the propagation of various bacteria and unnecessary microorganisms in an apparatus. SOLUTION: A pump 16 and a heater 22 are connected through a first three- way valve 42 and the first bypass piping 48 connected to the part between a check valve 40 and the pump 16 extends from the first three-way valve 42. The heater 22 is connected to a filter tank 20 and the filter tank 20 is connected to an ultraviolet sterilizing device 18 and a second three-way valve 44 is arranged between the ultraviolet sterilizing device 18 and a bathtub 32. One end of second bypass piping 50 is connected to the second three-way valve 44 and the other end thereof is connected to the part between the pump 16 and the first three-way valve 42. At a time of sterilization, the closed circulating route successively passing the pump 16, the second three-way valve 44, the ultraviolet sterilizing device 18, the filter tank 20, the heater 22 and the first three-way valve 42 to return to the pump 16 is constituted. |
