PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously mold a tubular body with excellent strength and rigidity wherein rotation of a reinforcing materialmixed tubular body extruded from a mold is relaxed and suppressed and the reinforcing material is approximately uniformly oriented in the peripheral direction of the tubular body and the tubular body is efficiently reinforced in the peripheral direction with the reinforcing material and to use no complicated and expensive manufacturing installation such as rotational take-off machine in the processes after mold to make expenditure of the installation extremely inexpensive. SOLUTION: In a method for preparing a tubular body, a mixture contg. a reinforcing material and a synthetic resin is passed through an annular flow path 3 between an inner mold 1 and an outer mold 2. A tubular molded body wherein the reinforcing material is oriented in the peripheral direction is formed by forming the mixture in a tubular shape in such a way that shearing force is applied from a flow path part of a driving rotary mold part 11 of the inner mold 1 in the rotational direction. Then, it is passed through a flow path part corresponding to a gap part 12 in the extrusion direction provided on the downstream side of the flow path part and during this, rotation of a non-driving rotational part 13 received from the molten resin flowing while it is rotated is suppressed and in addition, after it is passed through the flow path part of the non-driving rotational mold part 13, it is extruded from the outlet of the mold. |
