PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extrusion mold stably a thin product by stably discharging from a T-die even though an extrusion production amount is increased at least twice by a method wherein a molten kneaded mixture is fed to the T-die with a biaxial extruder via a gear pump provided between the biaxial extruder and the T-die. SOLUTION: A mixture composed of ultrahigh polymer polyolefinic resin, inorganic powder, and mineral oil is kneaded by melting with a biaxial extruder 10 composed of screws 13, 14. Then a separator for cell is manufactured by a process of extruding a sheet 50 from a T-die 40, and a process wherein the mineral oil is removed by elusion from the sheet 50 with organic solvent to make a fine porous sheet. In this case, the molten kneaded mixture is fed to the T-die 40 with the biaxial extruder 10 via a gear pump 30 provided between the biaxial extruder 10 and the T-die 40. Further, even though an extrusion production amount is increased at least twice by setting kneading properties (dispersion mixed degree) of the mixture of the biaxial extruder 10 is set at 40,000 or over, the product can be stably discharged from the T-die 40. |
