PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin sheet having good appearance which is free from streaks, stropes, irregularity in thickness, etc., by a method wherein a molten thermoplastic resin sheet extruded onto a surface of a rotary cooling drum from a die is stuck close onto the surface of the rotary cooling drum by an electrostatic application adhesion method, and pressed with first and second cooling rolls. SOLUTION: A molten state sheet 2 extruded onto a surface of a rotary cooling drum 4 to obtain a product sheet 3. In this case, an electrostatic application electrode 8, a first cooling roll 5, and a second cooling roll 6 are arranged near the rotary cooling drum 4, and the molten state sheet 2 is stuck close onto the surface of the rotary cooling drum 4 by an action of static electricity. Thereafter, it is pressed with the first and second cooling rolls 5, 6. In order to carry out pressing operation further effectively, a temperature [T1] of the molten state sheet 2 (part A) just before pressing with the first cooling roll 5 is so set as to satisfy the following [Tm-70]<=T1<=[Tm+50] (wherein Tm expresses a melting point deg.C of the thermoplastic resin.). |
