摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to start quickly when a normal code recognition is effected. SOLUTION: On a key 1 are provided a transmitter switch 4 and an infrared light emitting part 5 for transmitting code signals, and on the vehicle side are provided an infrared light receiving part and a CDI unit. In a CPU 12 in the CDI unit, the received key side code signal is compared with a code signal in an ID memorization part 13, and when the key side code signal is correct, an ignition control shall be made possible, and the results which have been recognized shall be held for a certain period of time in a code signal recognition holding means 18. Whenever the CPU 12 is turned ON, confirmation is effected whether the recognized results are held or not. Therefor, in case a kick starting occurs due to overcharge of the battery, at the time of restart at a start failure, if the code recognition results at the last start are held, it is possible to perform immediately starting processing without performing code recognition processing again.
