PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner in which assembling accuracy is improved by eliminating easy removal of a front panel. SOLUTION: In the air conditioner accommodating an indoor heat exchanger and its drain pan 5 in a housing having a front panel 3 and a rear plate 2, the pan 5 is integrally formed with the plate 2, the panel 3 is fixed to the pan 5. And, the panel 3 is clamped at the pan 5 by screws 13. The panel 3 is openably mounted with a suction grill 11 covering the panel 3. The clamping positions of the screws 13 are located at positions covered with the grill 11 at the time of closing the grill 11 and exposed to the exterior at the time of opening the grill 11. |
