PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the content of reinforcing fibers. SOLUTION: When a panel is produced, a form 12 is prepared and reinforcing fibers are stacked within the form 12 opened on the upper end side thereof in a mutually entangled bulky state. The reinforcing fibers 14 are staple fiber like ones and selected from metal fibers made of steel and synthetic resin fibers made of vinylon. When the leveling laying of the reinforcing fibers 14 is completed, a curing agent 16 is injected into the reinforcing fibers 14 from above. As the curing agent 16, a hydraulic curing material such as cement, mortar or concrete, various curable synthetic resins and a combined curing agent of them can be used. When the injection of the curing material 16 is completed, the form 12 is placed on a vibration table, vibration of predetermined frequency is applied for compacting the reinforcing fibers 14, and the fibers 14 are filled with the curing agent 16. The impregnated fibers are allowed to stand for a predetermined time and, thereafter, surface finish is applied to the fibers to perform steam ageing and this aged fibers are demolded to produce a precast panel. |
