PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making automatic cutting device for a charging and packaging bag which can be continuously cut even when the charging and packaging bags are transferred continuously in a high speed and which can remarkably improve the cutting treatment efficiency in comparison with conventional devices and hence, which is excellent in the practical use. SOLUTION: Respective lateral seal parts ID are cut continuously by a cutter at every specified time, while charging and packaging bags 1 that single pack-charging and packaging bags having so-called three-directional seal parts are connected continuously, are continuously transferred and also while the position of respective lateral seal parts ID is detected by a detector 4. A detecting element 8 coming in contact with the folded-back part 1B at the other end side of the transferred charging and packaging bags 1, detects the movement displacement of the detecting element 8 at the time when the detecting element 8 comes in contact the side edge of the lateral seal part ID from the folded-back part 1B of the bag-form part 1A with the transfer of the bag 1 and detects the position of the lateral seal part ID by the constitution of the detector 4 provided with such a detecting structure 9. The cutting device is constituted so as to cut the seal part by a rotary blade rotated on the basis of the detecting action of the detector 4. |
