<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wearing of a heat insulating material in the periphery of a stud bolt hole caused by vibration so as to reduce the creation of gaps caused by falling or drooping of the heat insulating material by loading a pressing plate member composed of a belt-like seat plate part for pressing a divided heat insulating material and a shelf part for avoiding the displacement of the heat insulating material in the circumferential direction. SOLUTION: By pressing a divided heat insulating material 6 with a seat plate part 9a and preventing its displacement in the circumferential direction with a shelf part 9b, the expansion of the bolt hole of the divided heat insulating material caused by vibration or thermal expansion is prevented, falling of, among the divided heat insulating material portions, the divided heat insulating material portion in the side face part of a sleeve most easily affected by gravity or drooping of the divided heat insulating material from a stud bolt is reduced and the creation of gap between the heat insulating material portions or between the heat insulating material and a flange is reduced.</p> |
