摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal artificial appliance having a predetermined radiation impermeability and made of a composite material, by combining and blending a plurality of materials having a mean atomic number which is greater than a predetermined value, with one another at specific volume percents so as to have a mass absorption coefficient which allows the intensity ratio between incident X-ray and penetrating X-ray to fall in a specific range. SOLUTION: An internal artificial appliance 10 composed of a cylindrical core 12 and an outer cylinder 14 are made of at least two materials, that is, first and second materials which are radiation-impermeable. Namely, the first material having a means atomic number greater than 24, and the second material different from the first material, is combined with less than 9vol.% of the first material with respect to the total volume of both material. Further, the mass absorption coefficient of the body structure is set to a value with which the intensity ratio between incident X-ray and penetrating X-ray falls in a range from 1e<-2> to 1e<-4> . With this arrangement, an ideal fluoroscopic sign can be obtained. For example, a sufficient intensity for detecting the internal artificial appliance can be obtained without changing a measured value of an angiography.</p>
