PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently heat soil, to prevent the damage accident of a porous pipe and to prevent the winter dying of lawn or the like by embedding the porous pipe provided with many fine holes in the soil and supplying hot water into the soil through the fine holes. SOLUTION: The porous pipe 1 composed of a flexible material and provided with many fine holes whose inner diameter is 7-20mm, thickness is 1.5-3.0mm and permeability coefficiment is 1.0×10<-8> -1.0×10<-5> cm/s is embedded in the soil for the depth of 5-30cm, the hot water 3 whose temperature is higher than the soil is made to flow inside the porous pipe 1, the hot water is supplied into the soil through the fine holes of the porous pipe 1 and the soil is heated. Also, it is preferable to supply the hot water 3 to the porous pipe 1 with the pressure head of 1-50m and the flow rate of 0.05-2.0cm<3> /s/m.
