FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: before extraction, potentiated coffee addition is introduced in ground roasted coffee. It is prepared according to homeopathic method from coffee, as initial substance. Potentiated coffee addition is prepared by means of multiple successive dilution and shaking up or grinding initial substance, namely, extract of instant coffee drink or ground roasted coffee.
