STAND OF SHAPE BENDING MILL

FIELD: machine engineering, namely construction of stand of bending mill for making corrugated panels. SUBSTANCE: stand of shape bending mill includes chocks mounted in guides of its struts with possibility of vertical reciprocation motion, upper and lower shafts mounted in bearing units and carrying shaping tools secured to them. Novelty is three-link construction of upper and lower shafts whose opposite cantilever portions are mounted in chocks with bearings. Ends of cantilever portions of said shafts arranged at side of bending mill drive apparatus have cylindrical turnings with flat bottoms - being rests and they are provided with stoppers. All ends of cantilever portions of shafts are equally spaced relative to mill axial line. Ends of opposite cantilever portions of said shafts are in the form of truncated cones and they are arranged in chocks mounted with possibility of reciprocation motion along shaft axes. Mean portions of said shafts carrying shaping tools are joined with their cantilever portions by means of reciprocal cross section ends. Such stand allows to make panels of different dimensions.
