FIELD: agricultural machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: this relates to processing of materials and waste used in production of compost, sowing material, and feeds. Technological process line is made up of following successively interconnected components: mechanical disintegrator, steam-jet ejection disintegrator, activating disintegrator, biomixer, forming unit. High pressure at inlet of active pipe connection of steam-jet ejection disintegrator allows for carrying out not only fine disintegration of waste, but also for simultaneous hydrolysis of proteins and carbohydrates contained in organic material. Activating disintegrator ensures production of highly efficient mass at outlet which when handled in biomixer after blending with sowing biomaterial allows for producing valuable organic product in the form of feed or soil mixture or sowing material.
