FIELD: metallurgy; may be used in production of casting blocks by continuous casting. SUBSTANCE: plant is provided in upper part of two inclined faces of mold with slotted nozzles, header with branch pipe for supply of hot liquid and protective screen. Axes of outlet holes of nozzles are parallel to inclined surface of mold face and number n of nozzles located on one header, cross-sectional areas $$$ of branch pipe for supply of liquid and $$$ of nozzle, length $$$ of cross-section of nozzle outlet hole and its width m, distance L between extreme edges of nozzles are related as follows: $$$; $$$, where X is distance from nozzle hole along its axis to point of jet intersection; n = 2-10.
