FIELD: aircraft engines. SUBSTANCE: device has engine parameters pickups series connected through arithmetic unit and comparator to actuator unit and first group of air bleed valves (ABV<Mv>1<D>). Device includes also additional aircraft chassis wheel rotation speed pickup, additional arithmetic unit, comparator and second group of air bleed valves (ABV<Mv>2<D>). Output of additional pickup is connected through additional arithmetic unit and additional comparator to second input of actuator unit, second output of the latter being connected with input of second group of air bleed valves (ABV<Mv>3<D>). EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of air bleeding control at takeoff ground run and at landing owing to increase in stored hydrodynamic stability. 3 dwg øøø1
