FIELD: sea and hole seismic prospecting, specifically , seismic pneumatic radiators for excitation of elastic vibrations in aqueous medium. SUBSTANCE: pneumatic radiator with controlled radiation spectrum has body, collection chamber, piston, polymer ring. Body has groove where polymer ring is placed. Ring band of roughness in the form of oblique grid knurling is made on internal cylindrical surface of groove where mouth of conduit providing communication of band of roughness with environment is located.
