摘要

FIELD: railway transport; loading and unloading operations on rail tracks. SUBSTANCE: each bogie has grips precluding displacement of wheelsets relative to rail track. Locking device connecting additionally the bogies with flat car frame is spaced relative to body pivot bearing. Device to interlock spring sets of bogies used in crane operation is made in form of T-shaped intermediate support with possibility of simultaneous two-side interaction with above-spring beam and bogie side frame. Travel motion mechanism is made in form of two similar drives located in center of flat car to transmit torque to one of bogie axles through propeller shaft. Direct action pneumatic brake used at self-propelled movement of flat car is furnished with electric air distributor, additional stand-by reservoir and electropneumatic automatic stop valve with electropneumatic valve. Pneumatic coupling with brake main line of automatic brake is provided by two cut-off cocks. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 3 cl, 9 dwg øøø1
