PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-cleaning type delineator which is desirable for scenery and fine view and in which soils are not accumulated and soils can be removed from a reflection body. SOLUTION: An undercoat layer film containing photopolymerization initiator is provided on the surface of a reflection body, and hydrophilic monomer is brought into contact with the film and under such conditions, ultraviolet rays are applied to form a hydrophilic film, comprising graft polymer film, having contact angle of 40 degrees or less with respect to water. By the use of the hydrophilic film, even if dust or exhaust gas of cars sticks to the reflection body, the sticking matters are removed by being washed away with rainwater or the like, and hence soils are prevented from accumulating and improved reflection performance of the reflection body can be maintained for a long period of time. |
