APPARATUS FOR HEATING AND CUTTING TREATMENT OF PET BOTTLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reutilize a PET bottle by oscillating microwaves in a heater to heat a PET bottle sent by a conveyor to soften and deform the same and subsequently compressing the heated bottle to cut the same small. SOLUTION: A PET bottle is sent into a heater equipped with a microwave generator by a conveyor and heated to 80 deg.C to violently deformed and further heated to collapse the deformed bottle while softening a lid part and this deformed bottle is further compressed by a compressor to be cut small by a cutter. An electromagnetic wave leak preventing film is provided to the inlet and outlet of the heater.
