PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety syringe in which various hydrodermic needles of different diameters being used at present can be fitted, and after the injection has been completed and the piston has been withdrawn, the needle can be perfectly crushed. SOLUTION: In the inside of a hydrodermic needle base 30 of a detachably fitting type at the front of a syringe 10, a screw thread in which the hydrodermic needles of various diameters can be screwed in is provided, and the needle base 30 is made to be joined with the syringe 10 through a projected part 11, and a void 31 to be joined with the joining part 42 at the end of the piston 40 is provided. The piston 40 is provided with a rubber plug 41 and a cutoff part 401 formed in the connecting part of the plastic rod. After completion of injection, the piston 40 is pulled out and then it is cut at the cutoff part 401, and the cutoff piston 40 is inversedly inserted into the syringe 10 from the fore end so as to crush the needle, and then the recessed part 402 of the piston 40 is engaged with the projected part 11 so as not to be fallen off. |
