PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high airtightness by forming a part of a window or a door constitutive body in which glass is fitted in layers, and containing a spacer, a flange gasket and a sealant compound. SOLUTION: An edge part sealing gasket assembly 20 contains a spacer 40, a flange gasket 30 and a sealant compound 22. The spacer 40 and the flange gasket 30 are sandwiched between window glasses 12 and 14. The spacer 40 is inserted from an edge part fit for a straight line of the window glasses 12 and 14 in order to form the tail end of a cavity between the window glasses 12 and 14. A tapering end part of the flange gasket 30 forms an edge part sealing gasket for a door 10. A sealant compound 22 lies down on outside surfaces of sideward extendedly arranged members 46 and 47, and also completely fills up both side upper cavities of the flange gasket 30, and fixes the window glasses 12 and 14 to each other to the spacer 40, and imparts sealing to a space for the door 10 in which glass is fitted in layers. Therefore, high airtightness can be obtained. |
