A bread baking oven with agitation and baking functions is disclosed. The bread baking oven comprises a baking chamber (100); a cylindrical chamber tray (200) having a chamber securing lug (220); a rotatable agitation shaft (400) and a follower bar (440) in the baking chamber (100); a chamber holder (500) having a chamber holding groove for accommodating the chamber securing lug (220); a drive shaft within the chamber holder (500); a main vane composed of a rotating plate (320) having many hooks (340); and a follower vane having many follower bars. The device distributes the load on the hook and follower bar, minimizes the impact load, transmits the power easily to the agitating means; and simplifies the engaging/disengaging of the baking chamber.
