A motor speed control apparatus compensates a period deviation of a periodic frequency signal, The motor rotation speed control device includes: a motor driving means(18); a periodic frequency signal generator(4); and a digital signal processor for repeatedly providing a speed control signal to the motor. The digital signal processor includes: a periodic digital speed error detection signal generator(12); a repeatable practice controller(34) for receiving the speed error signal, compensating a periodic deviation between the periodic frequency signals, and generating a speed control signal; means (13) for providing a speed error signal to the repeatable practice controller(34) after checking if the speed error signal is within the predetermined range; and a PID controller(16) for adding a gain value to a speed control signal of the repeatable practice controller(34), and applying it to the driver(18).
