PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF RED FLUORESCENT BODY AND THEREOF FLUORESCENT LAMP

A red fluorescent body used in fluorescence lamp is produced by the following two steps of plasticity. (1) The original material for producing fluorescent body is yttrium oxide(Y2O6) and europium oxide(Eu2O6) and the solvent is phosphoric salt - M6PO4(M is at least 1 species of Li, K and Na) which is added and mixed at the rate of 0.1-5.0g per yttrium oxide and then forms first plastic product. (2) Second plastic product is formed by adding and mixing the oxide of boron - M'B4O7(M' is at least 1 atom of calcium, strontium or barium) - at the rate of 0.1-3.0g of per 100g of yttrium oxide as using first plastic product as solvent.
