PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject molded product, suppressing adhesion of bacteria or of microbial components derived from bacteria contained in water, aqueous solutions, body fluids, blood, etc., and capable of exerting the excellent durability by providing a polymer having a specific repeating unit and specified degree of polymerization on a substrate. SOLUTION: This antibacterial molded product is obtained by providing (B) a polymer having a repeating unit of the formula (R1 is H or CH3 ; R2 is H, CH3 , C2 , H5 ; (n) is an integer of 15-200) and degree of polymerization of 15-200 on (A) a substrate, e.g. a polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, a polyamide or polyethylene by blending or coating, etc. This molded product is used in a catheter, a tube, e.g. an intraperitoneally retained tube or a tube for a brain, a sheath, a connector, e.g. a connector for a brain, an urinary effluent bag, a blood circuit, drink applications, etc. |
