摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enhance the controllability of a desulfurization rate by accurately measuring the desulfurization rate on-line and calculating the proper circulation flow rate of an absorbing tower for ensuring a necessary desulfurization rate on the basis of a desulfurization rate estimating simulation model by compensating the response delay of an SO2 densitometer by arranging a delay compensation device. CONSTITUTION:The output signals compensated by delay compensation devices 16a, 16b compensating the response delays of the inlet SO2 densitometer 14 and outlet SO2 densitometer 15 of an absorbing tower are used. An adsorbing tower circulation flow rate preceding value signal 22 and a desulfurization signal 23 are calculated by an absorbing tower circulation flow rate preceding value operator 17 and the deviation signal of the desulfurization rate setting signal due to a setting device 10 and the calculated desulfurization signal is calculated and added to the signal 22 to calculate an absorbing tower circulation flow rate demand signal 24 and an absorbing tower circulation flow rate is determined on the basis of said signal 24. As a result, accurate SO2 concn. can be measured on-line and a proper absorbing tower circulation flow rate for ensuring a necessary desulfurization rate can be calculated even at the time of a load change.</p>
