The input line automatic selection apparatus of VCR is comprised of a voltage providing part(23) for providing a variable voltage value upon a plug being inserted in the first input line and the second input line; a high frequency(RF) line part(24) for providing the high frequency; a controlling part(21) for providing a switching control signal for selecting the input line corresponding to the variable voltage values provided from the voltage providing part(23); a switching part(22) for selecting and outputting the input line, i.e. the first line, the second line and RF line part corresponding to the switching control signal provided from the controlling part(21).
