FIELD: drying technology. SUBSTANCE: microwave radiation sources are positioned in upper part of stationary casing which accommodates rotating body with blades cantilevered section of which is enclosed in stationary casing. Every blade is hinge-connected to axle passing along blade edge and being perpendicular to direction of body rotation. Opposite edge of blade overlaps hinge-connected edge of adjacent blade inside body. Hot carrier supply and water steam removal are performed through below-cutoff tubes, and loading and removal of dried product are carried out through openings provided with electrically sealed covers.
