SUBSTANCE: excrements of animals and poultry are mixed with carbon-containing moisture-absorbing material, followed by charging resulting mixture into reactor through which oxygen-rich gas is blown in direction from bottom upwards at temperature not higher 90 C. Finished product is discharged. Inventive novelty resides in fact that during step of mixing excrements of animals or poultry moisture-absorbing material, mixture is enriched with biologically active additive containing phosphonium-containing complexing agent in amount is equimolar to total content of microelements in mixture, complexonates of microelements based on phosphonium- containing complexing agent in such amount as is sufficient to bring microelements content up to norm required for plants, as well as fresh excrements in amount 1 wt.part per 1000 wt.parts of mixture. EFFECT: reduced cost price and higher biological value.
