SUBSTANCE: with machine moving at operating speed torque from engine is transmitted to wheelsets through controlled hydraulic pump kinematically connected with engine by transmission members and controlled clutch. Hydraulic pump sets hydraulic motor into operation. Hydraulic motor is kinematically connected with wheelset drive shaft when hydraulic drive is engaged.
