The present invention concerns a device (10) for vacuumizing and closing bags (1), comprising a conveyor (11) which ensures a synchronized flow of bags (1). Above the conveyor (11) there are two suction conveyors (16, 17) each having an upper suction band (18, 19) and a lower suction band (20, 21), between which bags (1) are carried by their head portion. In the suction bands (18 to 21) interconnected pockets are made by a vacuumizing device, thereby extending the walls of the upper closing to remove air from the bag. In the extension of the lower suction bands (18, 19), below the upper suction band (20, 21), there is a sealing device (4) for sealing (4) the bag (1) crosswise. Relatively easy to mount, the inventive design (10) has demonstrated great efficiency. (Fig. 3) |
