PURPOSE:To prevent the light scattering in a hard coat layer by consisting conductive fillers of nonconductive nuclei which have the refractive index equal to or lower than the refractive index of a transparent resin and on which light transparent and conductive surface layers are formed. CONSTITUTION:A 1st dielectric layer 2, an optical recording layer 3, a 2nd dielectric layer 4, and a metallic reflection layer 5 are successively laminated on one main surface of a substrate 1 and further, a resin protective layer 6 is formed. The hard coat layer 7 is formed on the other main surface which is a reading out surface. The transparent resin uniformly mixed with the conductive fillers F is used for the hard coat layer 7. The transparent nonconductive nuclei 8 having the refractive index approximate to the refractive index of the transparent resin and the nuclei 8 on which the transparent conductive surface layers 9 having the refractive index higher than the refractive index of the transparent resin are used for the conductive fillers F. The light scattering in the hard coat layer 7 is prevented in such a manner and the power loss at the time of writing and reading out is decreased. |
