The base (3) is bowl shaped with a cylindrical wall separated into two halves (30) by diametrically opposite grooves (31). The walls decrease in height in a clockwise direction and have a edge whose lower surface is toothed. The base has clips (34) and a channel (36) to hold the supply wires (1) in place in the groove. The socket support (2) fits into the base and is clamped by a nut (4) which buts against the edge of the base. Separated by a ridge, it has two semi-cylindrical grooves from each of which emerges an opening to the piercing points (52) for the electrical connection. The bottom (8) of the support has two diametrically opposite flanges (88) above and parallel to the grooves.
