A magnetron output variation apparatus using an electro-magnet is provided to improve a linearity of radio frequency output using the electromagnet instead of a permanent magnet of electron range. A positive voltage of the magnetron in the electron range is achieved by two electromagnet(E1,E2), and the voltage applied to the electromagnets(E1,E2) is controlled, thereby obtaining an output of the radio frequency(RF) by linearity. Thereby, it is possible to easily variable by linearity the output of the electron range. |
