The blade wheel finds application in hydrodynamic transmitters of driving torque and is an additional invention to patent No.43809. With it the reliability of connection between the comprising elements is increased, whereas its construction is simplified and manufacturable. The wheel consists of an inner and outer supporting disc with inlet parts of blades formed as an integral part of it. In the supporting disc, an additional outer disc is housed with parts of blades secured to it. At one point in its periphery part, the additional disc is rigidly fixed in all directions to the supporting disc through a securing element. The additional disc is angularly and axially fixed, diametrically opposite to the securing element, ensuring its radial movability is in relation to the supporting disc through a linking element.
