摘要

A structure of a light way controller of a projection type of image displaying apparatus is disclosed. A support portion(11) is formed at the center of a driving plate(10). A ceramic unit(12) is formed at the inside of pixel region of the support portion(11). A bias electrode(13) is formed through the ceramic unit(12) and the support portion(11). A signal electrode(14) is formed at both side of the lower side of the ceramic unit(12) and the support portion(11). A mirror body(15) and a mirror(16) is formed at the surface of the bias electrode(13) and each of the pixel regions.
