Disclosed is an automatic cutoff circuit for a semiconductor amplifier supply voltage including a supply voltage portion(1), a relay switching portion(2), a supply voltage control portion(3), a current detection circuit portion(4), a first comparison circuit portion(5), and a second comparison circuit portion(6). The supply voltage portion(1) drops an input AC supply voltage and rectifies the voltage dropped and supplies the supply voltage to a system by converting the dropped voltage into a constant voltage. The relay switching portion(2) supplies to a system by turning on/off the supply voltage supplied from the supply voltage portion(1) by a control signal and cuts off. The supply voltage control portion(3) constantly controls the supply voltage flowing to the semiconductor amplifier when the relay switching portion(2) turns on. The current detection circuit portion(4) detects the current supplied the semiconductor amplifier controlled by the supply voltage control portion. The first comparison circuit portion(5) controls the on/off operation of the relay switching portion by comparing a alarm signal of a PLL(Phase Locked Loop) with a reference voltage(A). The second comparison circuit portion(6) controls the on/off operation of the relay switching portion by comparing the current value detected at the current detection circuit portion with a reference voltage(B). Thus, misoperation of the system is prevented.
