Here is a provided method for manufacturing polyester embroidery thread having low tensile intensity, rupture strength, and hot water contraction rate, by adding a spinning agent during the spinning process of polyester, and adjusting the heating temperature of the elongation process and relaxant elongation coefficient. During spinning, process agents are added, and heat treatment of the elongation roller makes etching of the thread for lowering tensile and rupture strength.
