PURPOSE:To introduce the title apparatus which is good in the performance of the vaporizing part and can be made available at low cost. CONSTITUTION:A vaporizing part 20 has as its components joined tightly in a multilayer structure and making up one integral body: vaporizing blocks 21 containing built-in tubes which constitute a part of a heat pipe; heater blocks 22 which contain built-in electric heaters 29; and heat-storing blocks 23. Therefore, for each of these blocks a material suited to the specific function can be selectively used and, as a result, the production cost can be lowered, compactness in structure and lightness in weight can be promoted, and the durability can be improved.
