摘要

PURPOSE:To make fluororesin powder hydrophilic and to stick a metal to the surface of the powder without deteriorating chemical stability, thermal stability, low frictional property and weather resistance as excellent characteristics peculiar to fluororesin. CONSTITUTION:The coating layer of a fluorine-contg. compd. having a hydrophilic group is formed on the surface of fluororesin powder and a metal is stuck to the surface of the powder with the coating layer in-between to obtain metal stuck fluororesin powder.
