The circuit is for providing blooming phenomenon increasing light sensitivity by controlling anti-blooming bias with feedback signal. It includes a generator(71) providing DC voltage with average value of CCD image sensor, a generator(72) providing variable input voltage according the DC voltage, and a generator(73) providing anti-blooming bias to the CCD image sensor, which is difference voltage between the variable input voltage and reference one.
