An anti-skid member (A) fitted to a tread (20) of a tire (2), including a pin (10) and a heat-insulating portion (11) disposed at one end of the pin (10). The pin (10) is made of a material which has a high hardness in a first temperature range below a predetermined temperature and has a low hardness in a second temperature range higher than the predetermined temperature. The heatinsulating portion (11) restricts the thermal conduction from the tire (2) to the pin (10). |
