On a cross section of a fiber, a high shrinkage fiber form polymer A is bonded with a low shrinkage fiber form polymer B. Meanwhile between the polymer A and the polymer B unbonded, or either around the two polymers A and B, a polymer C is positioned which is different from A, B components and also able to be extracted as a solvent.
