The invention offers effective cleaning by compressing its waste along with the washing/ cleaning devices near its location. It includes a box shaped main body (2), movable wheels(4) installed on each corner of the lower parts of the main body (2), a fixed partition board combined to an upper plate (18), dividing the center vertically within the main body, a drainage set up to cock (14) where water remains from the sides of a water box (8) and waste water box (10), a fixed pusher (22) welded vertically into a plate (26) of bracket (24) holding a mop (20) vertically installed into the upper plate (18), a moving pusher (34) compressing the mop (20) and rotating to the designated degree around a hinge (38) fixed to upper plate of frontal fixed pusher (22), a cylinder (48) combined to the vertical hem of a rod (50) moving forward and backward at the back of the moving pusher (34) and a air compressor (62).
