The receptacle is made of biodegradable plastics and has a rim round a top opening through which the ashes are poured. Before filling, a biodegradable plastics bag is inserted into the receptacle, and then sealed by welding. A disc inscribed with information about the deceased person is placed on top and fixed into a frame on the exterior of the receptacle. The top side of the receptacle has a triple thread matching the inner triple thread on the lid. The middle has three rectangular columns.
