The transceiver triggers different optical and acoustic indicators in the receiving unit by transmitting variable frequencies, channels, with and without coding. Preferably, the transceiver unit is operated with solar cells and low voltage accumulator. The transceiver operates in the frequency range which does not require registration and outputs predetermined optical and acoustic signals or turns-off when receiving predetermined frequencies or coding. Received signals are transferred to a vehicle speed control system and an automatic speed reduction is caused.
