The pump has a central housing (2) with two product chambers (3), and two diaphragms (4) to seal the product chambers relative to pressure medium chambers (5). A coupling rod (6) extends through the product chambers to connect the diaphragms. The rod is sealed relative to the chambers, by a contact-free seal with sealing ribs (7). A control block (8) alternately charges the medium chambers with pressure medium. The sealing ribs have a triangular profile and may be located on the inside of a sealing socket (15). A sealing sleeve (14) is located on the coupling rod. The ribs consists of thermoplastic fluoride materials.
